Delete your cloud account

Space RPG 4 cloud saves

Cloud saves are optional, but can be activated in settings. Once activated, deleting your cloud account removes everything that was stored for you in the cloud - it does not touch the saves on your device.

What is deleted

• Every save you put in the cloud, with its earlier versions.
• Your cloud account; the sign-in record kept for you, including your email address and name as provided by Google, and the device names and counters stored with it.

The saves on your device are not deleted. They simply stop being synced.

In the game (the quickest way)

1. Open Settings.
2. Choose Cloud saves.
3. Press Delete my cloud data at the bottom left of the screen.
4. Confirm twice. This cannot be undone.

This deletes your cloud account straight away and signs you out of cloud saves.

If you cannot use the game

If you no longer have the game installed or the device, you can ask us to delete your cloud account:

1. Email andre.esaptonor@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Space RPG 4 cloud account".
2. Send it from the email address of the Google account you used to sign in, or say which address that is, or we won't be able to find your account.

We will delete your account and its data and confirm by email, within 30 days of your request, usually much sooner. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete it.
