Who we are

The short version
The game works fully without an account. Cloud saves are an optional extra that copies the saves you choose to our servers so you can continue them on another device. They are a convenience, not a backup you can rely on, so keep playing on a device you trust. By using cloud saves you agree to the terms below.
The game
You buy the game through Google Play, and Google Play's terms, including its refund rules, apply to that purchase. The game itself, its artwork, music and text belong to Esaptonor. You may play it for your own enjoyment, but you may not copy or sell it.
Cloud saves
- Optional. Cloud saves are off until you sign in with Google in the game's Settings and choose which saves to put in the cloud. You can stop at any time by signing out; your saves on the device stay.
- Your account. You sign in with your own Google account. Look after it: anything done while signed in to your account is treated as done by you.
- Limits. To keep the service running for everyone, an account can hold only a small number of saves (currently 5), each save has a size limit, and there is a limit on how many uploads an account can make in a day. These limits may change.
- Your saves. The saves are yours. You give us permission to store them and to show them to you on your own devices, which is all we use them for. How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
- Not a guarantee. We take care of the service, but we cannot promise it is always available or that a save will never be lost, damaged or overwritten, for example by a bug, a conflict between two devices, or a problem at our hosting provider. We do not promise to be able to recover a lost save. Because your device keeps its own copy of every save, losing a cloud save does not remove the save on your device.
What you agree not to do
- Do not use the service for anything except keeping your own game saves.
- Do not try to reach another person's account or saves, or to get around the service's limits or security.
- Do not overload the service, or use tools or modified versions of the game that make requests to it in ways the game itself would not.
Ending your use
You can delete any single cloud save, or your whole cloud account, in the game (Settings, Cloud saves, then "Delete my cloud data"), or by writing to us. See how to delete your cloud account. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk, and where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.
Changes to the service
Cloud saves may change, and if we ever have to stop offering them we will give notice in the game or on this site where we can, so that you have time to keep what you need. The game and your saves on your device keep working without cloud saves.
Our responsibility
The game and cloud saves are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that could not reasonably have been expected, or for the loss of game progress, which has no value outside the game. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, or our responsibility for anything the law does not let us exclude.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. If you keep using cloud saves after a change, you accept the new terms.
