Who we are
The game is published by Esaptonor. For any question about your data, write to andre.esaptonor@gmail.com.
The short version
You do not need an account to play. Without cloud saves the game stores everything on your device and sends us nothing. If you choose to sign in with Google to use cloud saves, the data listed below is stored for you. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking in the game.
If you do not use cloud saves
Your game progress is saved on your device only. We do not receive it. The game asks for internet access only for the optional cloud saves and for Google Play's in-app review prompt, which is handled by Google Play.
If you use cloud saves
Cloud saves are off until you sign in with Google in the game's Settings. Once you do, and you put a save in the cloud, the following is stored:
| Your Google sign-in | The identifier of your account, and the email address, name and profile picture link that Google provides when you sign in. This is kept by Firebase Authentication. The game only shows you your email address. |

| Your saves | The saves you chose to put in the cloud: the whole save file (your game progress), the name of the save, your flagship's name, your credits, your play time, the version of the game and when it was saved. A few earlier versions of each save are kept so a mistake can be undone. |
| Your device | The model name of the device that uploaded a save (for example "Pixel 8"), and a random identifier the game makes for its installation on that device. It is not your advertising identifier and it is not linked to anything outside the game. |
| Limits | A few counters and times, such as how many uploads you made today, which are needed to keep the service within its limits and to prevent abuse. |
We use this data only to provide cloud saves: to keep your saves, to show them to you on your devices, and to help you recover a save if you ask us to.
Where it is stored and who handles it
Cloud saves run on Google's Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions), in the United States. Google processes this data on our behalf, under Firebase's privacy and security terms. Like any online service, Google's servers also see technical information such as your IP address when the game connects. Google Play Integrity may also be used to check that requests come from the genuine game. That check is done by Google.
Your saves are not visible to other players or to anyone who is not signed in to your account. We can technically reach stored data through the Firebase console, and we use that only for support you have asked for, and to deal with abuse.
How long we keep it
- Your cloud saves and the data above are kept until you delete them or your account.
- When you remove a single save from the cloud, it disappears from your account at once and is permanently deleted from our systems after 30 days.
- When you delete your cloud account, all your saves (including any removed in the last 30 days) and your sign-in account are deleted straight away.
Your choices and rights
- You can stop using cloud saves at any time: sign out in Settings. Your saves on the device stay.
- You can delete any single cloud save, or your whole cloud account, in the game: Settings, Cloud saves, then "Delete my cloud data". See how to delete your cloud account.
- You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how it is used. Write to andre.esaptonor@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Cloud saves need a Google account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
